This is the official site for Gorman Memorial Park volunteers. Gorman Park, in Washington Heights, is between West 190th and West 189th Streets and Broadway and Wadsworth Terrace. Tomorrow, Gorman Park Volunteers Work Day, June 18 10am to 2pm

Good evening,

I hope you can make it by Gorman Park tomorrow for some exciting weeding and ground-cover planting. We will be trimming back the weedy area near the first hairpin turn, coming up from Broadway. Two weeks ago we planted the remainder of the summer bulbs that we got at It's My Park Day, and two weeks before that we planted the flowers on the left side of the path coming up from Broadway.

So lots of changes, lots of things going on. Hope you can join us tomorrow! Inside the park, East side of Broadway and 190th St, 10 am to 2pm.
